Eishia Stilzer is a teenage Giver and a member of the Cleaners, serving within the group known as Akta. At seventeen years old, she stands at 153 centimeters tall and is recognized as the only healer-type Giver in the entire Cleaners organization. Eishia is the biological younger sister of August Stilzer, another prominent member of the Cleaners, and the granddaughter of Aris Stilzer, a pioneering doctor who conducted significant research into treating body pollution.

In terms of appearance, Eishia is a petite young woman with short, light green hair that flips outward at the back. Her eyebrows are large and sharply triangular, which gives her a distinctive and expressive look. True to her role as a healer, she wears an outfit clearly inspired by a nurse, including a large nurse-style cap that is not merely decorative but integral to her abilities.

Eishia's personality stands in stark contrast to many of the more assertive and loud characters in her world. She is extremely shy, introverted, and suffers from notably low self-esteem. She often retreats into the background and has a hard time speaking up for herself, frequently underestimating her own value despite the rare and crucial nature of her healing skills. Although she is usually seen walking with her head down and her hands folded, preferring to remain silent, she possesses a fundamentally pure heart and great kindness. She displays genuine joy when a treatment is successful, though this relief often quickly gives way to self-doubt and anxiety about the lives that rest in her hands.

Her primary motivation in the story is to use her unique abilities to support the Cleaners, despite her personal insecurities. She is deeply concerned for the well-being of others and diligently carries out her duties as a medical support specialist, even if she does not see herself as special for doing so. The other members of the Cleaners place great trust in her power, relying on her to treat serious injuries sustained during dangerous missions, effectively making her a vital support pillar for the entire organization.

Eishia's key relationships are defined by her quiet but firm dynamic with her brother, August, whose loud and often tactless behavior she frequently has to scold or restrain. Outside of her brother, she interacts comfortably with Riyo Reaper, as they are of the same gender and similar age, which allows for a natural friendship to develop. Although officially affiliated with the team Akta, Eishia also assists with the medical treatment of other teams within the Cleaners, a fact that can make her exact formal affiliation less apparent at first glance. Her grandmother is the esteemed doctor Aris Stilzer, which provides a family legacy in the medical field.

As a healer, Eishia possesses a power centered on converting electricity into life force. Her Human Tool, or Jinki, is a cord attached to her nurse cap. To activate her ability, she plugs this cord into an electrical outlet. The electricity then passes through her body, where she transforms it into pure life force, which is then channeled to an injured person to heal their wounds and restore their vitality. This process is effective enough to bring someone back from the brink of death to full health. However, it requires precise control, as failing to regulate the voltage properly can be fatal for the patient, which adds to her considerable stress. A notable side effect of her treatment is that the recipient's hair stands on end due to static electricity, though this effect is temporary. Her ability originates from a childhood trauma involving a defibrillator, which initially gave her a fear of electricity but ultimately became the catalyst for her powers as a Giver.
