Cthoni Andor is a member of the Vandals, also known as the Raiders, a criminal organization operating in the world of Gachiakuta. She is a Giver, a person capable of using a Jinki, a treasured item that possesses special abilities. In combat situations and within the group's dynamic, Cthoni serves as a supporting antagonist.
Cthoni is a short woman with a lean yet muscular build, giving her a somewhat childish appearance. Her most distinguishing feature is her short, light blue hair that often falls over her blank, yellow eyes. Like her frequent partner Jabber, her clothing is an assortment of mismatched materials poorly sewn together, typically consisting of shorts and a crop top connected by a white piece of fabric. She also has tattoos on her wrists and ankles and carries a circular bag on her back to store her Jinki.
