Kyousuke Wakaba was a Ranger and former member of the Green Battalion of the Dragon Keepers. He was regarded as a serious and talented individual with a promising future, but he disappeared four years prior to the main events when he was sent as part of a search team to the location known as Megatea. During that encounter, the Green Squad was pushed to its limits, and Wakaba ultimately went missing. He was later revealed to have survived and aligned himself with the mysterious Executive Magatia, jointly leading an organization called Ouroboros. In this capacity he serves as one of the primary antagonists during the Dreamy School Life Arc. Under a composed and kind outward manner, Wakaba is in actuality highly manipulative and wholly convinced of his own self‑absorbed belief that he is the victim of the story. His motivations stem from this distorted perspective, driving him to act against his former comrades. In battle he wields the Sacred Tool Okuninushi‑no‑Kami, which he took from Tokiwade. His former partner within the Green Battalion was Kanon Hisui, who later seeks to reunite with him, though Wakaba’s actions have placed them on opposing sides. There is no documented further development of his character beyond his antagonist role in that arc, and his ultimate fate remains tied to the ongoing conflict between Ouroboros and the Ranger forces.
