She has long dark-blue hair typically secured in a small bun, with light-colored clips framing her bangs and distinctive arrow-shaped irises. Her White-Clad uniform includes a white burqa-like mask, and following a duel with Takehisa Hinawa, she bears a prominent horizontal scar across her face above the bridge of her nose. Initially calm and detached, she shows unwavering dedication to the White-Clad’s mission and the Evangelist, dismissing human emotions as trivial. Over time, her loyalty shifts exclusively to Shō, leading her to question the organization and eventually defect from the White-Clad alongside him. Her pyrokinetic power manifests as a bow and arrows forged from flames, capable of precise long-range strikes that can adjust trajectory mid-flight, pierce defenses, and sever limbs. She assassinates Rekka Hoshimiya, engages Special Fire Force Company 8 in Asakusa and the Netherworld, and confronts foes during the Haijima Industries raid. After Shō breaks free from Haumea’s control, Arrow abandons the White-Clad to aid his quest for truth and later joins forces with Company 8 during the Great Cataclysm, shifting from adversary to ally. She survives Shinra’s timeline reset and persists in the reborn world.
