Description
Kazuki Mizumura, known as Kazuki the Black Tone, is a character from the second season of the anime Ishura. She is a Visitor, a being from another world whose immense power was deemed too dangerous for her original realm, leading to her banishment to the world of the story.

As a Visitor, Kazuki possesses abilities far beyond the natural limits of the world she now inhabits. Her primary skills revolve around her unparalleled marksmanship and complete mastery of firearms. She is capable of controlling a bullet's trajectory after it has been fired, making her shots curve in mid-air to strike targets hiding behind cover. Her accuracy is extraordinary, allowing her to eliminate distant or moving targets, such as a person on a speeding carriage, with a single, precisely aimed shot to a vital area like the head or the heart. This skill extends beyond her own attacks; she can also predict the path of enemy gunfire and the ricochet of projectiles, enabling her to dodge incoming bullets or even deflect them using her own weapons.

Kazuki's combat style is highly acrobatic and tactical. She often leaps through the air, firing multiple muskets, a fighting method that makes her a difficult target. She typically carries several muskets into battle, scattering them around the battlefield to ensure she can quickly swap to a loaded weapon when the one in her hand runs out of ammunition. In addition to her main firearms, she keeps a small flintlock pistol concealed in her coat as a backup. Her physical abilities are also superhuman; she can scale high walls with ease and displays agility, speed, and strength that surpass ordinary people. This is further complemented by superhuman eyesight, allowing her to snipe targets from great distances using only her natural vision. It is implied that she received formal military training in her original world, which contributes to her tactical approach to combat.

Kazuki is first introduced as a formidable mercenary. She is hired by a warrior named Haade the Flashpoint to lay siege to the Free City of Okafu, a major undertaking meant to be her proving ground to become a Hero Candidate for the Sixways Exhibition, a tournament to determine the mightiest warrior. Her method for conquering the city is deliberate and strategic. Rather than a direct frontal assault, she gradually wears down Okafu's defenses by stalking and assassinating its most powerful mercenaries and soldiers while they are outside the safety of the city walls. She only begins her full invasion after the city has been significantly weakened.

Despite her overwhelming strength and tactical mind, Kazuki meets her end at the hands of Shalk the Sound Slicer, a revenant who is also a combatant in the Sixways Exhibition. While storming the city and fighting against multiple opponents, she is confronted by Shalk. Her agility and gunplay, however impressive, are ultimately no match for his supernatural speed. Shalk closes the distance and delivers a fatal slash to her throat, killing her instantly with a single strike. The episode featuring her story also highlights that she possesses an incredible singing voice, adding another layer to her character before her demise.
