Description
Matsuri Hata serves as vice president of the Yurigaoka Girls Academy student council, acting Ortlinde in Yamazaki Meika's absence. She presides over significant political influence among second-year Lilies. Her typical demeanor is gentle and sisterly, though she can become intimidating when angered and may display jealousy.
Originally not aspiring to become a Lily, her potential was discovered through a civilian school Magi reaction test, leading to her enrollment at Yurigaoka in junior high. Her childhood friend, Uta Yamada, possessed stunning beauty and a sweet nature akin to Kusumi Egawa. They planned a Schutzengel oath after Uta's high school admission, but Uta sacrificed her life protecting civilians during a Huge outbreak while still in junior high, despite lacking a CHARM. Buried in Yurigaoka's graveyard, Uta's devastating loss fuels Matsuri's "Kamakura First" ideology, prioritizing Kamakura's defense over distant expeditions, though she holds this view less extremely than hardliners.
