Description
Nagomi Wahira arrived in Akihabara in 1999 as a 17-year-old aspiring maid, joining the pig-themed Oinky Doink Cafe with dreams of cheerful service. She had long brown hair in twin ponytails with the back loose, gold eyes, and wore the cafe's uniform with white stockings and black Mary Janes. Initially energetic and optimistic, she believed conflicts could be resolved peacefully—a stance that clashed with colleagues like Yumechi, who deemed her pacifism naive in Akihabara’s dangerous maid culture.

Her idealism shattered on day one when she witnessed new hire Ranko Mannen engage in a lethal gunfight with rival maids. Traumatized, Nagomi tried to flee but became Ranko’s roommate, cementing an inseparable bond. She grew protective of Ranko, organizing her birthday, defending her from insults, and sharing vulnerable moments. Ranko confided her past, expressing gratitude to Nagomi for proving happiness existed in their profession.

A pivotal shift came when Nagomi befriended Nerula from rival cafe Destron, forming a sisterhood pact to prevent conflict. This led to Nerula’s murder by her own group for protecting Nagomi. Devastated, Nagomi quit Oinky Doink for a ninja-themed cafe, where she mastered combat skills. Evolving from strict pacifism to "technical pacifism," she used non-lethal force to defend others. She returned to Oinky Doink, employing these skills to protect her cafe without killing.

After Ranko’s murder during a shopping trip, grief consumed Nagomi. She seized Ranko’s handgun, violently interrogated members of the Creatureland Group for her killer’s identity, and vowed to kill as many as needed to "see Ranko’s smile again in hell." She struck Yumechi during an argument and accused Oinky Doink maids of inaction. Creatureland’s retaliatory attack nearly killed her, but bystanders intervened. Jailed and reflecting in her old room, Nagomi revisited mementos—including a group photo—and renounced vengeance.

In the final confrontation, when Creatureland leader Nagi arrived to destroy Oinky Doink, Nagomi performed "Lifetime Girl Declaration☆" for them. Her heartfelt, non-violent performance convinced most attackers to abandon violence. Enraged, Nagi shot Nagomi multiple times in the abdomen, yet she finished the performance. Inspired, a Creatureland maid shot Nagi, ending the conflict. Nagomi survived but was permanently wheelchair-bound.

By 2018, age 36, Nagomi worked as a popular maid at The New Oinky Doink Cafe. Her mature appearance featured longer hair, lipstick, and bangs parted on her forehead. She wore the Oinky Doink uniform and Ranko’s hair clip. Her customized sports wheelchair displayed pictures and name tags of her 1999 colleagues, including Nerula, honoring their memory. She remained the cheerful, moe-focused maid she had always aspired to be.
