Description
Amame Amakata, also known by the nickname Vice déléguée B, is a character from the anime Loner Life in Another World. She is one of the classmates summoned alongside the protagonist to a different world. Her nickname is somewhat misleading, as she was not actually the class vice representative. Instead, she earned the title Vice Class Rep B because she was one of three students who were always in the company of the actual class representative.
Amame is known for her exceptionally kind and gentle personality. In fact, she was voted the Nicest Person in her class by her peers. This warmth is reflected in her speech, which is described as having a soft, fluffy, and drawn-out manner. Her interests include chatting with others, and she was a member of the tennis club back in their original world. Physically, Amame has brown hair that reaches her waist and yellow eyes. While illustrations may show her with lighter hair, the original novel describes her as having black hair. She is also noted for having the largest breast size among her female classmates, a trait that is frequently commented on by the protagonist.
In the new world, the entire class undergoes physical changes as they level up, and Amame is no exception. Her appearance improves subtly with each level, and by the time she surpasses level one hundred, she has become beautiful by mortal standards, to the point where the protagonist worries her looks would cause social disruption if she ever returned to Japan.
Regarding her role in the story, Amame is part of a subgroup referred to as the Class Rep group, and she often fights alongside them when the class splits into smaller squads. Her motivations in combat are protective in nature. Despite possessing the powerful magical job class of Archsage, she prefers to engage enemies in close-quarters melee combat, wielding a massive hammer or other blunt weapons. Her primary reason for this fighting style is to conserve her magical power, which she holds in reserve for a critical purpose. She saves all her MP so that if any of her allies are slain in battle, she will have the necessary energy to cast the Resurrection spell and bring them back to life.
