His initial involvement begins when he is drawn to the offerings presented by the protagonist, Tsuyoshi Mukouda. Recognizing the value of the unique products Mukouda can supply, he willingly bestows his blessing. Notably, he grants a significant protective blessing to the familiar spirit Sui. As payment for this boon, he establishes a formal arrangement requiring Mukouda to regularly offer an assortment of alcoholic beverages and other special items from his original world.

His relationship with Mukouda is fundamentally an equitable exchange, though it is laced with comedic irony, as the god forcibly insists on granting his aid even when the human insists he does not need it, simply to ensure the continued flow of goods. The god’s connection with Vahagn is particularly strong; their shared love of drink makes them natural allies, and they frequently discuss together which products to request next. A key moment of development that showcases his investment in this arrangement is when he and Vahagn cooperate to bestow a powerful new skill upon Mukouda to enhance his survival and combat abilities.

He can also grant powerful holy magic items. The most prominent example of this is the Stigma sancta, a national treasure-level magical artifact with potent holy properties specifically designed to be devastating against undead creatures like skeletons and ghosts. The granting of such a priceless item demonstrates that while his actions are motivated by a desire for alcohol, his investment in his human supplier is both serious and consequential.
