Albert Williams is the eldest son of the Williams family, one of the five great noble houses. He is the older brother of Alicia Williams, Alan Williams, and Henry Williams, and he is five years older than Alicia.

Within the context of the otome game that serves as the story's foundation, Albert is one of the male characters who can be pursued as a love interest by the heroine. He is a contemporary of Duke Seeker, the prince of the Durkys Kingdom, and has maintained a close friendship with him and other heirs of the five great noble families since childhood.

Albert is depicted as a brother who, despite sometimes being bewildered by Alicia's bold and audacious actions, watches over her with a caring eye. He exhibits a strong protective instinct towards his younger sister. This overprotectiveness is notably highlighted in a preview sequence of the anime, where Albert becomes deeply disturbed upon learning of a scene in which Alicia kisses Duke Seeker.
