TV-Series
Description
Hana is a female white domestic cat who works as the customer service manager at the ramen restaurant Red Cat Ramen. Though she is a long-haired breed, she keeps her fur cut short, revealing a distinctive heart-shaped marking on her belly.

In her role at the restaurant, Hana is in charge of serving customers and maintaining the atmosphere of the dining area. Her professional pride is strong, and she excels at reading the flow of customers and the overall mood of the restaurant. Before another employee, Tamako, joined the staff, Hana also helped with washing dishes. To guests, she presents a cute and bubbly persona, making her an idol-like presence among the feline staff. However, this cheerful exterior masks a real personality that is sassy, sharp-tongued, and demanding.

Hana's past is markedly different from her current life. Before working at the ramen shop, she was a famous social media influencer and cat idol named Love Pipi. Her career ended following a controversy when she got her ear pierced. The act was misconstrued as animal abuse by the public, leading to severe online harassment for her owner, a woman named Yoko. The situation drove Yoko to undergo plastic surgery due to cruelty regarding her appearance, which caused Hana great distress. Unable to continue watching her owner suffer, Hana ran away from home and left the entertainment industry. She then had her long fur cut short to hide her identity and was eventually employed at Red Cat Ramen.

Hana's primary motivation is her dedication to the ramen shop and her coworkers. After her negative experience with the superficiality of show business and the damage it caused her former owner, she has found a more honest and fulfilling role in the restaurant. She is distrustful of humans initially, which is why she was cold and difficult toward Tamako, the human employee who was hired through a connection to the previous owner. Despite her rough attitude, she is a good cat at heart who cares deeply about her new workplace.

Over time, Hana's relationship with Tamako develops significantly. While she first acted tough and addressed Tamako with distant language, she gradually opened up after witnessing Tamako's strong work ethic, her care for the shop and its members, and receiving consistent, high-quality brushing from her. Her attitude softened to the point where she began calling Tamako by a friendly nickname. Hana also shares a close relationship with Krishna, a tiger who works at the restaurant, as they are roommates. She is also noted to have a fear of crows.

Hana possesses several notable abilities. Her customer service skills are outstanding, making her an expert at reading a room's atmosphere and managing the flow of people. She also has hidden depths, including a former career as a cat idol, which she has kept secret from most of the public.
