Description
Natalia Luxembourg is the only daughter and heiress of the Luxembourg family, a Britannian noble house with close ties to Princess Sherry me Britannia. When Sherry married Jugo Sumeragi and relocated to the Hokkaido Block, the Luxembourg family accompanied her as aides. Natalia was a close friend of Sherry during this time and has known Sherrys daughter, Sakuya Sumeragi, since childhood. Due to her fathers declining health, Natalia assumed leadership of her household while still in her teens, demonstrating strong administrative capabilities early in life. She has continued to serve in an administrative role ever since, becoming a central figure in the bureaucracy of the NeoBritannian Empire. She was described by Christoph as a central figure in the administrative sphere of NeoBritannia.

In personality, Natalia is a kindhearted woman with a gentle and motherly demeanor. She is compassionate and morally grounded, holding a stance against discrimination. She petitioned for the creation of a special zone within Hokkaido for Japanese citizens, known as the Eleven Special Zone, reflecting her belief in fairness and coexistence. Despite serving within the NeoBritannian government, she does not agree with all of its actions and quietly works to support those she cares about. She is not directly involved with rebel groups but is deeply loyal to her personal connections.

Natalias motivations are shaped by her loyalty to the people she loves. Her primary drive is to protect and support Sakuya Sumeragi, whom she has known for many years. She is one of the very few individuals who know that Sakuya is the person behind the masked identity Rozé and understands the purpose behind Sakuya's secret mission. Natalia uses her position within the NeoBritannian administration to gather inside information and secretly pass it to Sakuya. She also offers a cafe as a safe hideout for Sakuya and her allies. While she officially carries out her duties for NeoBritannia, she balances this with covert support for the resistance against the empire.

Her role in the story is that of a quiet but vital ally operating from within the ruling system. She functions as a source of information, safe harbor, and emotional support for Sakuya. She is also a figure of moral support, concerned about Sakuya's mental wellbeing. Beyond her personal connections, she performs a significant administrative function within NeoBritannia, managing governance and paperwork. Her position also places her close to the young Emperor Callis al Britannia, whom she once protected from an assassination attempt during a tour in the region. This act caused the emperor to grow attached to her, granting her additional trust and influence within the imperial court.

Her key relationships include her friendship with the late Sherry me Britannia, her long acquaintance with Sakuya Sumeragi, and the trust she has earned from Emperor Callis. She also maintains professional relationships with other NeoBritannian officials, including Christoph, who acknowledges her administrative importance. While not a combatant, her social and political connections are her main assets.

In terms of development, Natalia begins as a noblewoman who has stepped into a position of responsibility at a young age and grows into a figure who quietly defies the oppressive aspects of her own government for the sake of personal loyalty and justice. Her character highlights the existence of Britannian nobility who oppose the empires more brutal policies from within.

Her notable abilities lie in administration and governance. She is recognized as exceptionally talented in managing bureaucratic affairs, a skill she honed from her teenage years onward. She is also perceptive and capable of navigating the political complexities of the NeoBritannian court, using her access and influence to gather intelligence without raising suspicion. Her ability to maintain a facade of loyalty while secretly aiding the resistance demonstrates composure and strategic thinking. She does not possess supernatural abilities or combat skills.
