Description
Quant Blitz is a Ranker who once served as a Test Administrator on the Second Floor of the Tower alongside Lero-Ro, and he also instructed the Scout position class, making his own position that of a Scout. He appears as a supporting character in the anime adaptation.
Little is known about his past. What has been established is that he climbed the Tower all the way to the 134th Floor, became a Ranker, received an official rank, became friends with Lero-Ro, took employment at Evankhell's Hell, the testing area on the Second Floor, and received a B-level Pocket. He has red hair and red eyes, a darker skin tone than many other characters, and is usually seen wearing a white coat similar to the one Lero-Ro wears.
In terms of personality, Quant is short-tempered, highly competitive, simple, self-centered, and impulsive. He dislikes losing even over trivial matters, and he carries himself with a loud, excitable energy that has been described as fitting the classic maniac archetype associated with the Blitz Family.
