Description
Martes is a slime-based lifeform and a member of the Escape Shop Extractors, a group that helps clients escape from heavily guarded city clusters. Her body is composed of countless tiny slime entities that can function independently or collectively. Within her mind, these slime components hold a mental parliament, debating decisions and emotions. This collective nature gives Martes a unique and sometimes divided personality; when part of her slime body is separated, it can develop its own distinct will and act as a counterbalance to the rest of her.
Martes is fiercely loyal and emotionally attached to Equa, the leader of the Extractors, and the slime parliament frequently deliberates over the reasons for their love of Equa. This devotion drives much of her actions, and she becomes distressed when separated from Equa or when her own parts are in conflict. She is also somewhat naive, as shown when she mistakes Feles for a real magical girl after seeing a magical girl outfit. Despite her unusual composition, Martes participates in escape missions alongside Equa, Feles, Ulula, and Alga, contributing her abilities to help clients break out of their clusters.
