Poppy is a member of the Paldea Elite Four who appears in Pokémon Horizons: The Series as a young Steel-type specialist. She is a small nine-year-old girl with black hair and dark eyes, and she is noticeably short even for her age. Her appearance includes an elegant light grey outfit with a matching bonnet, and she carries a key-shaped bag that holds candy.
