Description
Preme, also known as Cure Supreme, is an original character introduced in the 2023 animated film Eiga Precure All Stars F. She debuts as a mysterious Pretty Cure who is already fighting monsters in the strange world where the film's heroes wake up, and she joins the Sky Team on their journey toward a distant castle. Unlike the other Cures, whose memories are fragmented, Preme is calm and self-contained, and when Kome-Kome addresses her as Cure Supreme, she asks to be called Preme instead.

Her background is tied to the film's central mystery. Preme is the human-shaped form of Supreme, an extraterrestrial super-life form that resembles a six-winged cosmic dragon with a rabbit-like head, eight antennae, and four red glowing eyes. The film does not explain where Supreme came from. Before the story begins, Supreme attacked Earth, defeated every Pretty Cure, and destroyed the planet itself. Intrigued by the strength the Cures demonstrated when united, Supreme recreated the world, disguised herself as a Pretty Cure, and created the fairy-like creature Puka in imitation of the Cures' fairy partners, all in order to observe the Cures and learn the true source of their power.

In personality, Preme is cool, reserved, and somewhat awkward around others. She keeps her distance from her traveling companions, and she appears unsettled when Manatsu cheerfully extends a hand to her in friendship. She speaks little about herself and watches the Cures with analytical curiosity. Her aloofness does not come from malice but from a lack of understanding; she has only ever seen the Pretty Cures as strong and impressive fighters, and she has copied their surface appearance without grasping what actually drives them.

Her central motivation is to understand the secret of the Pretty Cures' strength. She believes their power comes from combat ability alone and spends the journey testing and observing them. When she fails to find the answer she expects, she decides to destroy the recreated world and begin again, revealing herself as the true antagonist of the film after the group easily defeats the decoy villain Ark.

In the story, Supreme's reveal comes at the castle. She attacks the Cures, restores their memories of Earth's destruction, and overwhelms nearly all of them; only Cure Sky and Cure Prism barely escape with Puka and Ellee. Puka, who had been abandoned by Supreme for refusing to fight, is moved by the Cures' refusal to give up and awakens as Cure Puka. With the Miracle Lights and the restored Pretty Cures, all seventy-eight Cures join Cure Puka and combine their power to defeat and purify Supreme. She is then revived as a human and is genuinely surprised that the Cures want to be her friends. Cure Puka helps her realize that what she truly wanted was companionship, and Supreme finally understands the meaning of love, trust, determination, and friendship. The film ends with her being invited to a hot pot party and setting out on a new path beside Puka.

Her most notable ability is overwhelming combat power. In her true form, she is a massive dragon-like being capable of defeating all assembled Pretty Cures and destroying an entire planet on her own. She can also recreate a whole world, produce monsters such as Ark, and create life such as Puka. As Cure Supreme, she fights in a Pretty Cure form whose costume carries a rabbit motif, matching Puka and the film's rabbit theme, with gray-blue twin-tails and a purple hooded jacket. Her design deliberately includes small misreadings of typical Pretty Cure elements, such as reversed heart accessories, reflecting that her imitation of the Cures is technically accurate but spiritually incomplete.

Her development gives a concrete answer to the film's central question of what a Pretty Cure truly is. Preme begins as a being who can only mimic strength and ends as someone who accepts connection with others. Through the Cures, and especially through Puka's devotion, she moves from isolation to friendship, becoming the character who most fully embodies the film's themes.
