Description
Edward Adams, designated Cyborg 0014, is the son of the Black Ghost scientist Dr. Adams Teufel and serves as the leader of the High-Teen Number Cyborgs, a group of advanced cyborgs created to oppose the original 00 Cyborgs. Before his transformation, Edward was a university graduate who studied bionics and worked as his father's laboratory assistant. His life changed following a horrific lab accident that left him critically injured, after which he was remodeled into Cyborg 0014, becoming the first of the High-Teen Numbers.
In terms of personality, 0014 is characterized by arrogance and a merciless demeanor. He is hot-headed, prideful in his abilities, and eager to assert his superiority over the 00 Cyborgs. He sees himself as a natural rival to Jet Link, Cyborg 002, and later finds Joe Shimamura, Cyborg 009, to be another worthy opponent. Despite his villainous role, he is shown to genuinely love his father, Dr. Adams Teufel, demonstrating a complex emotional core beneath his aggressive exterior. This motivation drives much of his actions, as he seeks to prove the validity of his father's controversial research.
Within the narrative of the crossover, 0014 acts as a primary antagonist and a direct foil to the 00 Cyborg team. He is first seen pursuing Cyborgs 002, 004, and 008 alongside his comrades, 0016 and 0017. After a brief skirmish, he decides to withdraw, having collected sufficient data on his opponents. Later, he confronts the full 00 Cyborg team at his father's laboratory. The battle escalates significantly when he receives a telepathic message from Cyborg 0015 informing him that the demon Atun has killed his father. Consumed by rage and a desire for vengeance, 0014 vows to destroy both the 00 Cyborgs and Atun to honor his father's legacy.

Physically, 0014 is a young man with a slender, athletic build and sharp features. He has dark red hair styled in a bushy, symmetrical cut, and sharp green eyes. He wears a black version of the standard 00 Cyborg uniform, which includes silver buttons, a long white scarf, two white belts, and red seams on the padded shoulders and boots. When he activates his acceleration ability, these red seams glow brightly.
Notable abilities include an Accelerator, which allows him to move and perceive the world at incredible speeds, effectively making him seem to teleport. He also possesses a self-repairing function, a feature Dr. Adams Teufel installed in all his cyborgs to allow them to regenerate from damage. However, this ability proves to be a weakness when it is disabled by an anti-energy wave. Throughout the story, 0014 does not undergo significant personal development, remaining focused on his rivalry with the 00 Cyborgs and his quest for revenge. His arc concludes when, after his healing factor is neutralized, he is easily defeated and killed by the newly transformed entity Azazel, a fusion of the demon Atun and Cyborg 0018.
