Description
George Tatsunami is a member of HOLY, the organization that seeks to police or control the inhabitants of the Lost Ground known as Alter Users. He is a dangerous individual with a volatile and sadistic personality, known for exploiting his unique power to force others to bend to his will. His heavy-handed and cruel tactics have earned him a terrible reputation among the native Alter Users of the Lost Ground, and he is characterized by an extremely short temper and an itchy trigger finger. In the manga adaptation, his ruthlessness is further exemplified when he kills a young girl who is an Alter User, justifying the act with the excuse that she would inevitably become a criminal in the future, leaving it ambiguous whether he genuinely believes this rationale or is simply driven by sadism.
