Pururut, called Plutia in English, is the Console Patron Unit of Planeptune within the Ultra Dimension, an alternate 1980s-parallel world. She first met Neptune after Neptune’s accidental interdimensional travel resulted in her landing on Noire. Plutia introduced herself as Planeptune’s CPU, astonishing Neptune who held the same title in her home dimension. This encounter led Plutia to guide Neptune through the Ultra Dimension and assist her return home.
Plutia exhibits a gentle, perpetually drowsy, and socially detached disposition. She speaks slowly, neglects goddess duties, and prefers napping, crafting stuffed dolls—especially one modeled after Neptune—or playing with Neptune. Despite her unassuming exterior, subtle sadistic traits emerge in her human form, such as stomping on her Neptune doll to inflict voodoo-like harm on foes during combat. She cherishes friendships deeply and reacts fiercely to threats or betrayals against friends.
Transforming into her goddess form, Iris Heart, radically alters her personality, amplifying latent sadism into overt cruelty. Neptune nicknames her "Sadie." Iris Heart relishes psychological and physical torment, dispensing it indiscriminately to enemies and allies. She asserts dominance through humiliation, punishment threats, and physical control, justifying her actions as "education" via pain. Despite this, she remains loyal, using harsh methods to motivate allies or protect cherished individuals like Neptune ("Neppy") and Nepgear ("Ge-Ge").
Physically, Plutia has light purple braided hair, magenta eyes, and wears oversized teal pajamas with pastel accents, striped socks, and bear slippers. As Iris Heart, her hair darkens to purple or iris blue, lengthening freely, while her eyes narrow menacingly. Her attire shifts to a black dominatrix bodysuit with pink or magenta highlights.
Her primary story unfolds in *Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory*, where she aids Neptune and Noire in retrieving CPU Memories from antagonists like Pirachu. She becomes pivotal in disbanding the Seven Sages and preventing the collapse of both Hyper and Ultra Dimensions. An accidental trip to Neptune’s dimension at Victory’s conclusion enables future cross-dimensional visits. Later, in *Re;Birth3*, she helps repel corporate invasions by Bamo and Regu, proposing their exile as post-victory punishment.
Non-canonically, Plutia leads a zombie army in *MegaTagmension Blanc + Neptune VS Zombies*, appears as a temporal sleeper in the *Megami Tsuushin* manga, and serves as a beta tester in *Cyberdimension Neptunia: 4 Goddesses Online*. She consistently retains her drowsy nature and abrupt transformation into Iris Heart’s sadism when provoked.
Her relationships reflect complexity: a playful bond with Neptune, including nicknames; psychologically manipulative interactions with allies like Noire and Blanc, often masking concern; and protectiveness toward younger characters like Nepgear and Peashy, contrasting her goddess persona.
Plutia fights using dolls in human form and wields a Galient Sword as Iris Heart. Her combat relies on magic-based lightning strikes and healing spells, with low physical defense offset by high intelligence. A unique Final CPU Form manifests during EXE Drives—a stealth-bomber-like aircraft with rapid-fire cannons.
