Miraclun is a small, fairy-like spirit who appears in the film Eiga Precure Miracle Leap: Minna to Fushigi na 1-nichi. Physically, she resembles a tiny girl with short pink hair, side bangs, and eyes that are a mix of blue and pink. Her spoken vocabulary is limited to the syllable "Mira," but she can communicate her feelings and intentions through a stethoscope-like device, allowing others to hear her unspoken thoughts.

In the story, Miraclun seeks the help of the Healin' Good Precure team after being chased by Refrain. Her arrival sets off a chain of events that draws in the Precure teams from Hugtto! Precure and Star Twinkle Precure. Together, these teams must protect Miraclun and break the time loop created by Refrain. Miraclun plays a central role in the film's climax by generating a large number of Miraclun Lights, which are glowing baton-like objects that grant the Cures the power to overcome Refrain's influence. In particular, her light helps Cure Grace achieve a more powerful form.
