Description
Pikario is the fairy name of the character who appears in human form as Kuroki Rio in the film Kirakira Precure a la Mode: Paris to! Omoide no Mille-Feuille!. He is the younger twin brother of Ciel Kirahoshi, the fairy known as Kirarin who transforms into the Pretty Cure called Cure Parfait. Within the larger Kirakira Precure a la Mode story, Pikario was first introduced as the antagonist Julio, and the revelation of his true identity as the missing brother of Ciel forms a significant part of both the television series and the emotional background of the film.
