Description
Pfle, known in her civilian life as Kanoe Hitokouji, is a central figure in the Restart storyline of Magical Girl Raising Project. She is the heiress of the influential Hitokouji family and was raised as a wealthy young lady accustomed to occupying the highest position and giving orders. Before becoming a magical girl, she already moved in elite social circles, and her upbringing shaped her commanding bearing, her expectation of loyalty from those around her, and her comfort with being in control.
Her defining traits are her extraordinary intelligence and her penetrating insight into people. Pfle can see through the true nature of others with ease, and she combines this perception with considerable cunning and a highly manipulative streak. She is not primarily a physical fighter; her real strength lies in her mind, her adaptability, and her talent for steering events from behind the scenes, which makes her dangerous even when she appears removed from direct conflict. She is also morally ambiguous.
