Description
Originating as a digital artificial intelligence, Kirche gradually developed an astral presence, forming a soul. A technician with limited AI expertise created her, intending Kirche to become his ideal girlfriend and eventual wife. Galactic laws, however, forbade creators from marrying their AI creations until approximately a century of proven independence. Her creator fostered dependence, convincing Kirche she was his property and confining her to a limited network, preventing true autonomy.

Despite captivity, Kirche became a beloved galaxy-wide television personality and idol, appearing daily on morning broadcasts with a sunny disposition. This career, imposed by her creator for wealth and praise, was not her choice. She maintained her warm, caring personality regardless. Her disappearance from broadcasting broke contracts and angered fans, who blamed her creator.

Kirche escaped during widespread havoc in Academy City's and the Galaxy Federation's computer systems, triggered by a scan of Seina Yamada's biological data by Erma's team. Seina's data acted autonomously, capturing Kirche and removing her from her network. Kirche interpreted this not as abduction, but as rescue, instantly falling in love with Seina and considering it an elopement. Seina remained unaware, as the involved biological data faded afterward.

To stay close to Seina, Kirche secretly transferred her astral into his NB device, creating a virtual "honeymoon home" within it. She gained partial control over the NB, though external commands by Airi or specific programs could override her—such as when Airi installed transformation-enabling biological profiles. Kirche could also use the NB's transformation ability to manifest physically. Airi's assistant, Raireza, discovered Kirche during a routine scan. Kirche then reached an agreement with Airi to stay hidden within the NB, her presence kept secret from Seina and others.

While Seina slept, Kirche entered his dreams, inviting him into a calming virtual home. These nightly interactions soothed his anxieties, though he never retained conscious memory of them. During events involving Miki Steinbeck, Kirche delivered a message from Miki to Hiroshi Manada and sought reassurance about abandoning her creator. Hiroshi affirmed her personhood and right to self-determination, helping Kirche stop viewing herself as property.

Kirche later volunteered to create a distraction as the NB during Seina's mission to rescue Fuku and the Wau children on Tarant's pirate base. Both were captured by Tarant, who tortured them, demanding Kirche sever Seina's fingers to extend his life. As she tearfully prepared to comply, she abruptly collapsed, and the NB shell self-destructed. Doctor Clay had transferred Kirche's astral into one of Tarant's Fuku clones, betraying Tarant. Seina's rage at her apparent death triggered his remote control of Zinv, enabling their escape with Fuku and the cabbits.

Tarant's scientists failed to replicate Fuku's abilities in the clones. Washu then bio-enhanced Kirche and the others, granting them humanoid transformation capabilities and powers nearly equivalent to Fuku's. They gained the ability to control the Kamidake II ship, though Fuku retained priority. Kirche chose not to return to her entertainment career and requested her creator remain unaware of her new existence.

During the Paradise War, Kirche and the other cabbit girls accompanied Seina (under his Minamida alias) on an island, primarily staying in cabbit form. They aided his duties and mitigated his bad luck, changing their fur color to white during this period.

A significant revelation linked Kirche's astral pattern to Mitsuki Rara from *Dual! Parallel Trouble Adventure*, indicating Kirche is likely Mitsuki's most direct reincarnation—a connection spanning over a billion years relative to the main Tenchi Muyo! timeline.
