This enterprise markets his proprietary tranquilizer brand, "Cuttnalizers," which he consumes regularly.

His story includes an eleventh-hour reversal where he and the two other Dokuga officers defect from NeoNeros, siding with the protagonists against their former leader. Forty years after these events, he reappears in the sequel film as a pharmaceutical scientist and general surgeon.
