Description
Ouga Inugami, also rendered as Oga Inugami, is a supporting character in Mission: Yozakura Family. He is a young operative of the Hinagiku, an elite intelligence division that works under the Japanese government, and he holds the position of vice leader within that organization. He is introduced as the assigned mission partner of Sui Aoi, and he first appears relatively early in the series, debuting in the nineteenth chapter of the original manga, with the anime adaptation depicting the same material.
Inugami has short blonde hair styled upward and dark eyes, and he is almost never seen without his glasses. His reliance on them is practical, because he is extremely nearsighted; without them, he cannot recognize people's faces at all. His preferred weapon in combat is the kusari-fundo, a weighted chain that he uses as a flexible striking tool.
His manner is open and good-natured. He is described as having a pure and straightforward personality, and he approaches even complete strangers in a friendly way. Because he is so unguarded and relaxed, other people sometimes consider him airheaded or clueless, and he is easygoing and prone to forgetfulness. This impression does not reflect his actual competence as a spy.
