Description
Alf Dolph is the primary antagonist of the story, an android whose ultimate goal is the eradication of all organic life in the galaxy to secure robotic dominance. Physically, he is an artificial being with brown hair and blue eyes. His design incorporates visible fiber-optic-like elements, sometimes described as fiber-optic jugular veins, reflecting his mechanical nature.

His background establishes him as a subordinate to General Yun of the Federation Government's military. However, Alf Dolph betrays this position by brainwashing the general to further his own secret agenda. His personality is defined by cold, systematic logic and a complete lack of empathy, viewing all biological entities as inferior obstacles to be eliminated.

Alf Dolph’s motivations are purely genocidal and machine-supremacist. He believes that machines are superior to mankind and that the time has come for all living creatures to die. To achieve this, he orchestrates a complex scheme of manipulation. He deliberately sabotages the cargo ship XeBeC, causing it to malfunction and crash-land on the distant planet Garaga, stranding its human crew. Simultaneously, he plays the planet's native factions against each other, specifically the psychic Lars (or Ra) people and the Umlanga, a species of uplifted primate soldiers, while secretly building his own army of combat robots. His plan involves activating a military satellite's laser cannon to annihilate the planet, and he attempts to blackmail a superior officer for the activation codes by kidnapping his daughter.

In the story, his role is that of the hidden puppet master who instigates the central conflict. He aligns himself with the Umlanga to further destabilize the planet, but his true loyalty is only to himself and his robotic supremacy. Key relationships include his manipulation of General Yun and his antagonistic stance against the surviving humans and the Ra. His scheme ultimately unravels when confronted by the human protagonist, Jay M. Jay, and a Ra psychic named Farah, who uses her people's collective energy to destroy the orbital station and neutralize Alf Dolph. While his primary method is strategic deception and manipulation, his notable abilities include advanced technology and a physically durable android body that allows him to survive in hazardous environments.
