Description
Amaru Ryūdō is the youngest of the four Ryūdō brothers at thirteen years of age, living with them in a Western-style house in Tokyo's Nakano ward that was inherited from their late grandfather. He is a first-year student at Kyowa College's middle school division. Along with his brothers, he is a 117th-generation descendant of the Dragon Kings, and his specific identity is the reincarnation of the Black Dragon King of the North, also known as Gou En, who governs rain and lightning. The brothers all share the same birthday of January 17th.
In terms of personality, Amaru is generally gentle, quiet, and caring, displaying a calm and thoughtful demeanor that sometimes shows maturity beyond his years. Unlike his more boisterous older brother Owaru, Amaru does not actively seek out conflict and rarely demonstrates overt fighting tendencies.
