Otome Shirahatamaru is a minor supporting character in the anime Jubei-chan the Ninja Girl: Secret of the Lovely Eyepatch. She is a teenage student in Hontsuru City, depicted as a girl with blonde or yellow hair reaching chest length and green eyes. She attends the Shirahatamaru school, an institution run by her aunt, where she studies alongside her two close friends, Kochou and Oochou.

Otome's most defining trait is her intense crush on Shiro Ryuujouji, a fellow student. She falls in love with him at first sight and thereafter follows him everywhere at a distance, never directly approaching him. Her friends Kochou and Oochou are almost always at her side, trailing after her and offering words of encouragement in her romantic pursuit.
