Description
Gorō Makiba is a supporting character in UFO Robo Grendizer, known as the son of Danbei Makiba and the younger brother of Hikaru Makiba. He is a young boy of average height for his age, with black hair and black eyes. His attire is distinctly inspired by old Western clothing, typically consisting of a white shirt with a large red stripe, a blue vest, jeans held up by a belt, and a yellow scarf with green polka dots; he also seldomly wears a brown ten-gallon hat.
In terms of personality, Gorō is enthusiastic and easily impressed, which is typical for a child his age. He takes a strong interest in the piloting skills of Kōji Kabuto and aspires to be like him when he grows older. Despite his youth, he is depicted as a hard worker who regularly helps with the duties on the family ranch, to the extent that his father considers Gorō to be the very father of the ranch. His motivations are largely rooted in his supportive nature and his desire to contribute to the team protecting Earth.
