Description
Before his transformation, Cyborg 0011 was an ordinary man with a loving wife and daughter, living a happy and peaceful life. This existence came to a tragic end when he was kidnapped by the Black Ghost organization and forcibly converted into a cyborg against his will.

In the anime Cyborg 009: The Cyborg Soldier, 0011 is a tragic figure. He is not inherently hostile or sadistic but is driven by a desperate desire to reclaim what was stolen from him. His motivation is singular: to eliminate the 00 Cyborgs in exchange for the restoration of his original human body, which would allow him to return to his family. This profound grief and despair are palpable during his encounters, as he openly sobs over the life and identity he has lost.

0011 is sent by Black Ghost to destroy the 00 Cyborgs after the failure of Cyborg 0010 Plus and Minus. His role in the story is that of a powerful and seemingly unstoppable antagonist, but one who evokes sympathy due to his tragic circumstances. The conflict with the 00 Cyborgs is particularly personal for Albert Heinrich, known as Cyborg 004. Upon learning of 0011's past, 004 hesitates to destroy him, as he sees the family man 0011 once was and empathizes with his suffering. This connection highlights a key relationship where 004 attempts to appeal to 0011's buried humanity, urging him to remember his wife and daughter even as the cyborg is compelled to fight.

Throughout the battle, 0011 undergoes significant development. Initially appearing as a ruthless agent of Black Ghost, his backstory reveals a reluctant warrior. At one point, he attempts to rebel against his creators, declaring he has had enough of their control. However, the enigmatic figure known as Skull reprograms 0011's systems, stripping him of his free will and turning him into an even more destructive and mindless machine, symbolized by his turret windows glowing from blue to red. In his final moments, after being critically damaged by 004, the reprogramming is undone. His humanity restored, he uses his last act to fly into the sky and explode, ensuring the 00 Cyborgs are not caught in the blast.

Cyborg 0011 possesses a formidable array of abilities, owing to his massive, spider-like mechanical body. His circular form is equipped with six mechanical legs and rocket boosters in his feet that grant him flight. The sides of his body are lined with small windows that hide multiple turrets. When these windows open, the turrets can fire lasers and a special white liquid that hardens quickly, effectively cocooning and immobilizing his targets. His most devastating weapon is a small missile that, upon exploding, produces an acid rain. This rain is not water but a deadly toxin capable of inducing complete paralysis and eventual death in those exposed to it.
