Knopp, formally known as Gloria Knopp, is a human antagonist in the 1988 anime series Topo Gigio. She is an elderly, wealthy woman who serves as the primary human obstacle in the series. She owns the apartment building where the young girl Gina and her mother live, along with a significant portion of the town's real estate.
