Elphaorpha, also known as Elephorca, is a character from the Japanese anime series Chō Seimeitai Transformers: Beast Wars Neo. He belongs to the Blentron faction, a group of warriors created and controlled by the planet-eating entity Unicron. Elphaorpha serves as the field commander of the Blentrons and is their primary means of transportation. His design is a Fuzor, meaning his alternate mode is a fusion of two distinct Earth animals, in his case, an elephant and an orca. This unique combination is reflected in his name, a portmanteau of elephant and orca. He is a redeco of the Beast Wars Deluxe Fuzor toy Torca.

As a warrior of Unicron, Elphaorpha has been stripped of all senses of justice, sympathy, and emotion, transforming him into a brutal and efficient killing machine. His entire existence is dedicated to destruction and serving his master's will. Despite this cold and ruthless demeanor, he possesses a distinct point of pride: his massive shoulder-mounted tusks. He considers these tusks his symbol, and any form of disrespect, such as someone touching them, will instantly send him into a chaotic and obliterating fury. Among the Blentrons, he is considered the most powerful and the most feared, a reputation he maintains through his immense strength and overwhelming combat abilities.

Elphaorpha's primary motivation is to gather the Angolmois capsules, which contain the life force of Unicron, to facilitate his master's revival. He and his fellow Blentrons, Rartorata and Drancron, operate as a third party in the conflict between the Maximals and Predacons, attacking both sides without hesitation to achieve their goal. His role in the story is that of a major antagonist and a formidable obstacle for the protagonist, Big Convoy. Elphaorpha is often the one who constructs the Blentrons' battle plans and calls out orders during fights, demonstrating a high level of tactical intelligence. His actions are pivotal to the plot, as his team successfully steals the Angolmois capsules from both major factions and uses them to resurrect Unicron in the body of Galvatron. Following their master's revival, the Blentrons are absorbed into Unicron himself as a form of reward, ending their role in the series.

In the manga adaptation of Beast Wars Neo, an Elphaorpha is personally responsible for killing the father of the Maximal Cohrada, creating a deep personal vendetta.

Elphaorpha possesses a range of devastating and unique abilities. His most notable skill is his capacity to shatter reality itself with a single punch from his fist. This creates an artificial black hole or wormhole, allowing him to transport himself and his comrades across vast distances of time and space instantaneously. In combat, he wields his Killer Tusks, which are powerful enough to penetrate the thickest armor, including the chest of Big Convoy. He can also expel a powerful, all-corrosive acid. He can spew this acid as a wide-area mist called Melt Bath from his mouth, or discharge it with greater precision using his hand-held weapon, the Killer Shooter, which transforms from his orca dorsal fin in beast mode. The acid is potent enough to melt the gloves of both Big Convoy and Magmatron. Furthermore, Elphaorpha can grow to enormous sizes at will, increasing his already terrifying power. According to technical specifications, his strength, endurance, courage, and firepower are all rated at maximum levels.
