Description
Hana Kazuki is a first-year Hekiho Academy student distinguished by her pale complexion, short pale blue hair, and violet eyes. She consistently wears red-framed glasses and black over-ear headphones adorned with silver accents, rarely removing them. Her attire is the standard Hekiho Academy sailor-style uniform: a black base with a white jacket, black collar, red necktie, and black skirt, frequently complemented by her headphones resting around her neck or over her ears.

She communicates primarily through non-verbal hums or subtle sounds to convey agreement or denial, a habit originating from a traumatic middle school event. Discovering her voice could manifest delusions into reality—an ability termed Real-Booting—she accidentally caused the destruction of her best friend's family with a careless remark. This led her to vow never to speak again, fearing her words might unleash uncontrollable harm. Her silence persisted even after joining Hekiho's Newspaper Club, where members treated her like a younger sister.

Awakened as a partial Gigalomaniac during the Shibuya Earthquake, Hana possesses the psychic ability to materialize her delusions through her voice. Her DI-Sword manifests as a sleek, high-tech aircraft featuring dark metallic hues, glowing blue energy trails, and purple-tinted components, reflecting a futuristic aesthetic. Despite her reserved nature, she is an avid gamer and otaku, frequently playing the MMORPG ESO2 under the username "KatsuoHana" and occasionally interacting online with "Neidhardt" (later revealed as Takumi Nishijou). She habitually snacks on lollipops and dried squid, often offering them to others as gestures of gratitude, though her lollipops are sometimes pre-licked.

Hana joined the Newspaper Club six months before the main story events following an invitation from Nono Kurusu. During the "Return of the New Generation Madness" incidents, she remained with allies Yuto Tachibana, Uki Yamazoe, and Mio Kunosato, taking refuge in Akihabara. Afterward, the Newspaper Club disbanded due to its president's involvement, requiring Hana to find a new club—a decision she struggled with, reflecting her difficulty socializing beyond close friends like Hinae Arimura and Senri Minamisawa.

Later, in the "Children's Revive" chapter, Hana gradually overcame her fear of speaking. Encouraged by Hinae and Senri, she began forming new friendships, such as with classmate Hatsuyama Mizuki, and participating in social activities like visiting a manga café. This marked her transition from near-total silence to engaging in conversations about shared interests like gaming. Her journey concluded by joining the Literature Club or Student Council, symbolizing her reintegration into broader social circles and recovery from both Chaos Child Syndrome and the psychological burden of her abilities.

In the "Silent Sky" epilogue, she fell into a coma following climactic events but eventually recovered, cured of her powers and syndrome. This allowed her to socialize and speak freely with peers, cementing her character development.
