Mr. VTR is a mechanical Chōjin designed as a walking video recording system, with a camera for a head, a speaker built into his abdomen, a sound-collecting microphone on his right hand, and a monitor attached to his waist. He hails from Silicon Valley in California, United States, and stands 190 centimeters tall, weighing 790 kilograms, with a reported Chōjin strength of 2,800,000 power. He is a member of the Mariposa team in the Kinnikusei Ōi Sōdatsu-hen survival tournament, serving as the team's second guard.
His personality is defined by a quiet dedication to his team and a willingness to sacrifice himself for their success. Although mortally wounded, Mr. VTR uses his remaining strength to review the footage he recorded of the match and edits out the scene of Mixer Taitei losing, thereby ensuring that his teammate would win their subsequent bout.
