Description
Doctor Dogma emerges as a significant antagonist in the later narrative of Seigi wo Aisuru Mono Gekkō Kamen, appearing after the initial villain known as Unghie di Satana is defeated. He is characterized as a scientist who pursues the objective of world conquest, employing an unconventional and formidable blend of technology and magic to achieve his goals. This combination of scientific and esoteric arts defines his approach to villainy and sets him apart from more conventional foes.

In his most notable scheme, Doctor Dogma selects a giant, peaceful ape named Mammoth Kong as the instrument for his plans. Through his unique powers, he transforms the creature and places it under his mental control, unleashing it as a rampaging threat against Tokyo. His role in the story is primarily that of a mastermind who uses advanced or supernatural means to commandeer powerful entities, as he also later steals the robot Justice, a machine originally used by the police to subdue Mammoth Kong, repurposing it for his own evil designs.

Doctor Dogma's personality is marked by a persistent and furious drive. When his initial plans are thwarted, he does not retreat but instead adapts, as seen when he steals Justice after the failure of his controlled Mammoth Kong. His motivations remain consistently rooted in the ambition for global domination, and his pride as a scientist and conqueror is deeply threatened by the interference of the series' hero, Gekko Kamen. His key relationship is with his monstrous pawn, Mammoth Kong, whom he seeks to use as a weapon. This connection ultimately contributes to his downfall, as a restored and enraged Mammoth Kong aids Gekko Kamen in defeating him and recovering the stolen robot Justice.

The character's development follows a trajectory of escalating desperation and direct confrontation. After his plots involving Mammoth Kong and Justice are dismantled, a furious Doctor Dogma finally abandons his indirect methods and launches a direct attack against Gekko Kamen. This final, aggressive move leads to his elimination at the hands of the masked hero, concluding his arc as a villain whose cunning and resources ultimately could not match the combined forces of justice and the very beings he sought to enslave. His notable abilities, therefore, center on this dangerous synthesis of technological genius and magical practice, which he uses for mind control, transformation of living creatures, and the operation of advanced robotics.
