Description
Giga is one half of the Decepticon leadership on Earth, serving alongside his wife, Mega, under the alien entity known as Devil Z. Together, they are the human components who unite to form the colossal warrior Overlord. While Giga and Mega act as the so-called "Ambassadors of Destruction" for Devil Z, their rule is marked by a unique dynamic compared to their master.

Unlike Devil Z's pure malice, Giga retains a strong sense of his own humanity. He has fully committed to the Decepticon goal of conquering Earth, believing that humans should ultimately rule their own planet. However, he is often uncomfortable with Devil Z's willingness to annihilate humanity without hesitation. Giga is pragmatic, realizing that a bloodless takeover is impossible, but he draws a line at indiscriminate genocide, a sentiment that places him at odds with his master as the war escalates.

As a Godmaster, Giga is bonded to a lifeless Transtector body from the G Nebula. He specifically pilots the Gigatank, while Mega pilots the Megajet. When these two components combine, they form the immense and powerful robot known as Overlord. Overlord is considered the most powerful of the Godmasters, designed to be Devil Z's ultimate enforcer on Earth. His primary arsenal includes the Chōkon Daemon Blast and the Chōkon Bolt Masher, powerful weapons that can inhibit the regenerative abilities of other Godmasters.

Throughout the story, Giga and Mega act as mentors and commanders to the other Decepticon Godmasters, such as Hydra and Buster, and form a strange "Decepticon family" with the younger Headmaster Juniors. Giga takes his role as a leader seriously, treating his subordinates less like disposable tools and more like family members. However, their primary antagonist is the Autobot leader, Ginrai. Their rivalry is one of strength and honor, with Giga respecting Ginrai as a worthy opponent.

As Devil Z's plans grow more destructive, specifically the order to wipe out all of humanity, Giga and Mega begin to openly question their loyalty. Ultimately, they rebel against Devil Z to save Ginrai, who had come to their rescue. In their final act, they remove their weapons and challenge Ginrai to a fistfight to prove the power of human spirit. However, Devil Z retaliates by forcibly separating them from their Transtector, causing Giga and Mega to perish as humans, while the Overlord body awakens as a true robotic lifeform.
