Nightbeat is a character from the anime Transformers: Super God Masterforce, though the name was applied in the English dub to a character originally called Minerva. She is a young human girl, the daughter of Mont Parta's ambassador to Japan and a half-French mother. Brimming with idealism and a strong desire to protect others, she initially petitions to join the Autobots out of a wish to fight evil. However, she quickly discovers that the reality of war is far harsher than she anticipated.
