Description
Heinrey is a central character in The Remarried Empress. He is known under several spelling variants across different translations of the story, including Heinrey Alles Lazlo, Heinrey Alex Laszlo, and Heinrey Aless Lazslo, and he later rules under the title Heinrey I. He belongs to a royal bloodline connected to a clan of bird shapeshifters, sometimes referred to as the bird-head clan, whose members can transform between human and bird forms. In addition to this inherited ability, Heinrey possesses the magical gift of generating heat and has formal training from a magic academy.
In terms of background, Heinrey was born the second son of the king of the Western Kingdom, so he was not originally destined to inherit the throne.
