Description
Born with physical disabilities barring him from becoming a functional Kōga ninja, Kidō Minobe endured excruciating and ultimately futile experimental medical procedures, leaving him with lifelong physical and emotional scars. The rise of his younger brother, Kishimaru Minobe, as a successful ninja fueled Kidō's consuming envy and resentment, crystallizing into a profound hatred for all ninjas and their traditions.
Kidō's personality manifested as pure cruelty, manipulation, and a complete absence of empathy. He orchestrated Kishimaru's assassination, framing the rival Iga clan to justify a war against them. His ultimate ambition was the eradication of all ninjas, positioning himself as "the last ninja" before ruling Japan with an army of robotic ninjas under his command. He openly declared feeling no guilt and rejected remorse.
His methods involved extreme manipulation and exploitation of family. Kidō fathered multiple children through concubines, murdered the mothers post-childbirth, and implanted control microchips in the children's brains. These offspring became sleeper agents: daughter Satomi Tsubaki was sent to assassinate Iga heir Ittoki Sakuraba, while another daughter, Kōsetsu, was unknowingly embedded as an infiltrator within Iga village. Kidō exhibited no parental love, viewing his children solely as tools.

He manipulated allies like Suzaku Ban by exploiting their grudges and collaborated with corrupt officials, notably NSC's Genji Karajishi, to fabricate evidence and eliminate political obstacles.
During Kōga's invasion of Iga village, Kidō deployed mechanized "Asura" ninjas and leveraged intelligence from moles like Reiha Tsuge, who harbored resentment towards Iga. He remotely activated Kōsetsu's microchip, attempting to force her to assassinate Iga leader Yumika Sakuraba. Though Kōsetsu resisted, Yumika was killed by Reiha amid the chaos.
In the final confrontation, Kidō rejected a truce involving the Iga's Secret Ninja Core. Instead, he activated his mechanized ninja armor and attacked Ittoki and Kōsetsu. Defeated by Ittoki—who spared his life—Kidō attempted a final sneak attack. He was intercepted and killed by Tokisada Kaga, Yumika's brother, who exacted vengeance for her death and Kidō's broader atrocities.
