Description
Barbara Kouzo lives in Los Volmos with her husband Bill Kouzo and their son, Dan Kouzo. As Dan's mother, she offers practical support, like leaving money for his meals during activities. Initially skeptical of Bakugan due to manipulation by Kravitz, a neighbor posing as an anti-Bakugan activist, her distrust deepens. Kravitz uses AAAnimus technology to forcibly activate the Bakugan Drago within the Kouzo home, causing damage and framing Bakugan as inherently dangerous. This event convinces Barbara and Bill to demand the Awesome Ones surrender their Bakugan.
Her perspective shifts dramatically when she witnesses the Awesome Ones and their Bakugan protecting civilians and neutralizing a satellite falling on Los Volmos, caused by Benton Dusk. Seeing Bakugan used protectively convinces Barbara of their safety. She then actively participates in dismantling Kravitz's anti-Bakugan propaganda campaign throughout the city.
Following these events, Barbara's presence in the narrative significantly diminishes. Her later appearances become minimal, typically limited to brief domestic moments, such as instructing Dan to do chores. Bill Kouzo's role similarly reduces to brief cameos. The documented information shows no substantial character development or involvement in later seasons, spin-offs, or other media.
