Description
Turtonium is a tortoise-like Ventus Bakugan and the third partner to Wynton Styles. His origins lie on the Forbidden Isle, where he was initially controlled by unnamed thugs. After these thugs lost a battle against the Awesome Ones and abandoned him, Wynton rescued Turtonium and adopted him. During a mission to save captured humans, including Kino, Turtonium protected the captives from enemy Bakugan attacks while Wynton coordinated their defense.

Characterized as wise and strategic, Turtonium serves primarily as a thinker, philosopher-warrior, and tactician. He functions as a planning asset for Wynton, devising battle strategies and executing support maneuvers. Preferring healing and facilitation, he employs abilities like "Sleep Wave" and "Greensight," establishing his role as a defensive and restorative force. This supportive nature is reinforced by his designation as a "Stone Wall," emphasizing defensive strength over offense.

In gameplay, Turtonium appears across multiple factions with varied B-Power. As a Core Bakugan, his base B-Power ranges from 200B (Haos, Aurelus) to 500B (Ventus, Pyrus, Aquos). Ultra variants exhibit B-Power between 400B–500B depending on faction. His ability cards focus on defense and support, including "Shell Shield," "Nature’s Power," and "One With Nature." Evolved forms like "Hyper Turtonium" and "Diamond Turtonium" – a Diamond/Ventus hybrid with 800B B-Power requiring four energy to evolve – offer expanded combat versatility and high damage potential.

Beyond his introductory arc, Turtonium's involvement is limited. He appears briefly in *Bakugan: Armored Alliance* during an episode about miniature Bakugan disputing television preferences. No substantive appearances or development occur in *Bakugan: Geogan Rising* or other media like movies or spin-offs.

Conceptually, Turtonium was initially named "Archeleon," referencing an extinct Cretaceous-era turtle. Early promotional material featuring Ventus and Diamond variants under this name briefly appeared on official channels before removal.
