TV-Series
Description
Sharlene Chen is a member of Team Dreadnought and the identical twin sister of Jillian Chen. Together with her sister, she serves Leon Soryu. Sharlene is often forgetful, a trait she shares with Ren Suzugamori, and she occasionally speaks in a singsong voice. She has offered praise to Ren Suzugamori.

In appearance, Sharlene has light blue hair and dark yellow eyes. Her hair is tied to the left side with a blue headband, distinguishing her from her sister Jillian, who ties her hair to the right with a teal headband. Sharlene’s facial expressions are generally calmer and more laid-back than her sister’s serious demeanor, though she can become scary when angered.

A flashback reveals that Sharlene and Jillian were childhood friends with Leon Soryu. In their youth, Leon told them the legend of the Soryu child, which Sharlene believed. She expressed a desire to leave their island to see the world and eat delicious food, demonstrating an adventurous yet somewhat clueless nature. She showed loyalty to both the Chief and Leon, though she later began to slowly doubt the legend she once believed in.

Sharlene is a skilled Cardfighter who uses various Aqua Force decks. In Season 2, her deck was built around Hydro Hurricane Dragon. During GIRS Crisis, she used a deck centered on the Ripple series.

Her battle record includes a win alongside Leon against Aichi Sendou and Kamui Katsuragi in Season 2. Her fights with her sister against Ren Suzugamori and Asaka Narumi, and against Misaki Tokura and Kamui Katsuragi, were unfinished. In Season 3, she lost to Lee Shenlon (Я) and lost a team fight alongside her reversed sister and others against Leon Soryu and Kenji Mitsusada. She also participated in several wins against Reversed fighters. In later seasons, she lost a fight to Shion Kiba and won a battle against Relics.

A promotional card titled "Role of Sharlene Chen, YAE" exists. It is a Grade 2 Normal Unit from the Etranger clan with 10000 power and 1 critical.
