He actively advocates for Haruo Sakaki's anti-Godzilla thesis during planning sessions and participates in discussions concerning Earth's recolonization. Following Godzilla Earth's emergence, he argues against an immediate withdrawal, insisting on a search for survivors among the landing forces, leading to a compromise 48-hour reconnaissance mission.

His character shifts dramatically as the conflict escalates. After Mechagodzilla City's destruction, Endurph grows disillusioned with conventional strategies and embraces Exif religious extremism. He telepathically coordinates with Metphies to prepare a ritual summoning the extradimensional entity Ghidorah, acknowledging the difficulty in securing a suitable sacrificial offering. Endurph personally leads chanting ceremonies among Exif followers aboard the *Aratrum*, proclaiming Godzilla's defeat requires divine intervention beyond human capability.

In his final moments, Endurph displays fanatical devotion as Ghidorah manifests. Amidst the panic caused by the ship's structural collapse from gravitational distortions, he remains transfixed, laughing maniacally as the *Aratrum* is consumed by nuclear fire. His death occurs when Ghidorah destroys the vessel completely.
