Description
Isabel "Dizzy" Flores manifests as a telepathic projection, crafted by General Carl Jenkins to communicate with Johnny Rico during a pivotal mission. Physically restrained and under duress, Jenkins adopts Dizzy’s form to bypass Rico’s mental barriers, exploiting Rico’s emotional bond with his deceased lover. The projection mirrors Rico’s memories of Dizzy’s appearance and personality.

It urges Rico to halt a Q-Bomb detonation on Mars, directly shaping his tactical choices amid a bug invasion. This psychic avatar acts as Jenkins’s covert psychological conduit, enabling guidance when open communication is impossible. The projection rallies Rico’s surviving troopers and coordinates their assault on a weather control tower, repurposed as an explosive against the bugs.

Once the mission succeeds and Mars is secured, Jenkins terminates the projection. It operates solely as his strategic instrument during this event, devoid of independent consciousness or existence beyond his telepathic control. The manifestation dissolves after ensuring Mars’s survival and revealing political betrayal, its purpose fulfilled.
