During the Nectar Arc, he orders Full Course to capture esper Tobio Mami and extract "nectar" from Matsuri Himegi for his banquet. When Accelerator attacks his subway train and boards the Escoffier to rescue captives, Nakimoto initially dismisses the disruptions, focusing on the financial implications. Following the destruction of both his train and the Escoffier—equivalent to 60% of his annual profits—he escapes via lifeboat. Accelerator intercepts his armored convoy, tearing off its roof and delivering an ultimatum: surrender all organizational information to Anti-Skill or face immediate death. In the Tree Diagram Remnant Arc, he provides Accelerator with the location of Musujime Awaki, signaling his reduced influence.
