Ursa Minor Xiaoling, whose real name is Xing Xiaoling, is a Chinese Saintia from Singapore serving Athena within an elite group of female guardians. She earned the Ursa Minor Bronze Cloth through training at the Saint Academy, preparing her to protect Athena and combat supernatural threats. Operating alongside fellow Saintias Equuleus Shōko, Dolphin Mii, Northern Crown Katya, and Cassiopeia Erda, Xiaoling undertakes missions defending against deities like Eris.

Her primary combat technique is the Polar Heavens Seven Star Fist, channeling floral pink cosmic energy into supercharged punches. Other abilities include the energy-draining Mini Fist of the North Star and the shockwave-based Godlike Strike. Xiaoling progresses significantly in power: initially matching Bronze Saints like Unicorn Jabu in speed and Phoenix Ikki in destructive force, her capabilities later reach planetary levels after intensive training under Eagle Marin. This enhances her attack potency, striking strength, and durability. Her abilities encompass regeneration, atomic-level matter manipulation, resistance to heat and absolute zero, soul interaction, and teleportation. Depicted with brown hair, brown eyes, and a teenage appearance, Xiaoling exhibits an energetic, determined, and sometimes mischievous personality. She represents the Chinese martial archetype within the Saintias, serving as a counterpart to Shiryu. Xiaoling participates in all major narrative arcs: initial skirmishes against Eris's Dryad forces during the Sanctuary conflict, the assault to prevent Eris's floating temple from colliding with Sanctuary, and the final mission rescuing Athena from the Great Tree Uterus.
