Description
Raan serves as a member of the terrorist group Tartarus Lapse, introduced in the Tartaros Roses Arc. Her existence relies on a reanimated corpse sustained by necromancy, defining her as a Frankenstein Monster—Brain Mod Version.

She presents with long, dark hair usually secured in twin-tails, a thick gray coat, and a distinctive red scarf. Though possessing refined facial features, her eyes perpetually hold an emotionless and foul demeanor.

Cybernetic enhancements grant her primary abilities. Neural connectors implanted in her neck and back facilitate direct brain-to-computer network linkage, enabling exceptional hacking capabilities. This power allowed Tartarus Lapse to compromise Itogami Island's demon registration bracelets, though her skills remained explicitly inferior to Asagi Aiba's. Her modified nervous system also processes information with the power of a military strategic computer, offering sixteen times the detail of a human's.

Personality-wise, Raan displays a detached and clinical disposition, occasionally seeking validation, as evidenced when asking December, "You aren’t praising me?" Her motivations align with Tartarus Lapse's objective to destroy artificial demon sanctuaries, driven by a backstory of exploitation and abandonment by military forces.

During the Tartaros Roses Arc, Raan activated the large-scale magical circle "Rose" above Itogami Island. This act siphoned magical energy from compromised demon bracelets, incapacitating their wearers. When Asagi Aiba initiated a counter-hack through Keystone Gate to restore the bracelet network, Raan faced fatal system overload. December intervened by physically unplugging her neural connectors.

Her association with Tartarus Lapse members like Senga and December underscores her role within the group's operations. Following the organization's defeat and the foiling of their plans, no further narrative development followed for the character.
