Hektos is the sixth representative of Kaleid Blood, an organization linked to the original vampires. She possesses an appearance identical to the other Kaleid Blood representatives, such as Avrora Florestina and December.

Her personality is playful and fun-loving, often engaging in activities with a lighthearted demeanor. Beneath this lightheartedness, however, lies a profound weariness accumulated over centuries of existence. This enduring fatigue starkly contrasts with Avrora’s desire to live alongside Kojou Akatsuki, as Hektos explicitly wishes to end her own life.

During the War of the Original Vampires arc, Hektos plays a pivotal role. She transfers her familiar to Yukina Himeragi, significantly boosting Yukina's combat abilities. She then intervenes to separate Avrora’s soul from Nagisa Akatsuki’s body. To prevent Avrora’s spiritual dissipation, Hektos offers her own body as a vessel, facilitating Avrora’s survival in a new form.

Hektos’s striking resemblance to Avrora becomes significant when Kojou Akatsuki encounters her. Her identical features trigger confusion and a momentary lapse in Kojou's memory, disrupting his recollection of past events involving Avrora.
