Description
Maki Inohara, known by aliases like "Soul Speed" and formerly "Bucks," possesses long black hair and deep red eyes. Her physical strength and well-built frame, developed during her childhood upbringing at the assassin training institute Hollow House, make her effective in combat. After Hollow House, she was sold to a Russian crime syndicate, serving as both a contract killer and a bagman.
Wary of others and quick to anger, she nonetheless displays a surprisingly naïve side beneath her aggression. Her rebellious nature often finds her riding her Suzuki GSX-R motorcycle, though her most treasured possession remains an old Swiss watch. During her initial confrontation with SORD operatives, she rode a blue Suzuki Hayabusa 1300, destroyed in a chase involving Rena Fukami and the subsequent fight.
Her combat style involves wielding four Glock 26 pistols, though she previously abused her firearms before joining SORD. She operates independently with greater intelligence than Rena Fukami, with whom she shares a past connection predating Hollow House. Following the events of Volume 2, she joined SORD. She holds high respect for Yamamoto and shares a mutual interest in motorcycles with Rei.
