Yoriko Ikezuki shares a classroom with Oriko Seki at elementary school and forms a friendship with her. Her family runs Ikezuki Sweets, a local community shop.

Yoriko possesses medium to long black hair and grey eyes, coupled with a sweet and mindful personality. Shortly after Oriko arrives, during a school break, Yoriko quickly alerts Oriko about Matsuki Akino. She explains Matsuki sees children from other lodges as rivals and predicts Matsuki will likely taunt Oriko, targeting Hananoyu Inn's perceived lower status compared to Matsuki's larger family establishment.

When Matsuki approaches and attempts to belittle both Oriko and Hananoyu Inn, Oriko effectively counters the taunts with Makoto Tateuri's support. After this encounter, Yoriko joins the other girls in congratulating Oriko for successfully standing her ground against Matsuki.
